hello good day I would like if someone could provide the flash for alcatel ot800a as the support of the nck is down and I could flash this cel for a month in order to enter the network code as it is and the only movistar mexico tool that story is the nck dongle to flash this model agradeceseria them someone could pass me thanks

when you go to the support page says it is not available I could not download any flash as this is the problem that Smard card drivers and downloads available but the flash could not provide me some direction to download thanks

you must enter support from nckdongle software in setting tab not using this exe.
