OT990 counter reset but unlocking was unsuccessful [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

i was able to flash OT990 for counter reset, and enter sim unlock is shown. code was calculated, but after entering the codes, it was "unlocking was unsuccessful'.

here's the screenshot.... this is the firmware that was able to reset the counter....

calculated codes.....

i tried all the calculated codes, but still, it was unsuccessful. until now now i'm still trying.....

help please...... thanks...

sure because you flashes phone with other pid firmware so u must check firmware pid and calc according to it.

sir i have already tried ALES1 file, but it doesn't reset the counter. it's the ALRU1 file that only reset the counter. i will wait for the OBGB1 firmware, thanks sir.

Can you explain exaclty when this was?
I'am not reseived nothing from you.
And almost time i'am online visible or invisible mode.
If you not want to contact not need to lie, just say this.

Instruction is extremly simple, with other simcard inside flash unlocked flash.
If still ask for code(backup simlock, just in case) and write damaged or simlock from other phone .
This will force phone to autocreate simlock on first start.

orbita has to connect to you remotely to check and need to talk to you further so must talk to him on yahoo or sonork he will solve with you.

Not need to connect remote, just wanted to help user to solve easy problem.
But seems not all like easy way.

i'm still stuck here......

i don't have any other unit to get a backup. would be great if you have a copy of a backup simlock from other phone. so that i can continue the process.
