Secured alcatel phones can't be serviced as generic models.
This is well known thing, is really strange how you not know about.

This phone is sold in different countries and have different comercial names.

Will be really long list for 1 phone if we will start to list all posible combinations for names.
Because of this we use in exe original alcatel name.

Orange dive 73 aka alcatel 3 aka ot-5052y is same phone.
Is listed in Alcatel tab this phone.
Unlock support for this phone was added in latest update.
