Problem installing NCK box [ANSWERED]


I have problem installing smart card, computer does not recognize it, I downloaded all needed drivers and if I try to install them computer asks whether to reinstall or uninstall the driver meaning that the driver is installed on the computer. Whatever I do Smart card in my device manager has exclamation mark.
Is this some software issue or the dongle is defective.

here u say nckbox in topic and then say dongle in post , can u make things clear , u have dongle or box? because this 2 different products and different cards.

give ful info with screenshots and details of reseller and what reader is used, some resellers use own made card readers so in such case of reader issue you need to contact them , but with sufficient info we can t help

The problem is under Win 7 but 32 bit and is same as on your picture. I tried that solution and I managed to install driver for this card even so it says that it is for 64 bit and it works partially (Some modules still say that card is not detected).

I bought the card from local reseller but as a sticker says they took it from GSM Sources.
