problem on reading blackberry unlock code via usb [ANSWERED]


hi, everytime i tried to unlock blackberry thru reading via usb

this happens:



since version 12 i think, i have encountered that in 3 different pc/laptop

no anti virus installed because i don't use anti virus and my pc is virus free, no firewall also.

any suggestions?

Hi.
Posting blackberry model will be usefull also.
Qualcom based models are not supported for read mep, about this explained many times in forum.
In this phones you must read mep manually via engenering menu.

i tried on 9320, 9300, 9220, 8520 and 9800

same like that.

i don't know which is qualcom sorry.. so if i encounter that error, it means not supported on usb reading?
