Selected phone: Ascend Y330-U01
Scanning for presents meta ports...
Meta ports not detected, starting brom stage.
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...
Detected(0) : MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM (Android) (COM7)
Starting META mode, wait...
If drivers missing, please install CDC drivers.
Restarted to meta ok, waiting for meta port....

and no answer

why ???

at stage "Restarted to meta ok, waiting for meta port...."
If drivers missing, please install CDC drivers.
Exe wait for meta port to be active in device manager.
If meta port drivers missing, exe will wait untill you install drivers or cancel action.

This is explanation for red line.
It's how is work usb, without drivers, windows can't detect phone.
And modern phones can have more ports and drivers.

In this phone case exist flash mode, meta mode, factory mode, adb mode.

If you not know how to install drivers, you can try to read codes in flash mode.
For this phone read codes is supported in meta and flash mode.

support area , use main module and then setting tab and go support button and the magic support area will open find the drivers and download and install manually.

Setting tab and support area button exist in android mtk exe also
