Problem updating nck dongle smart card

Exe version: NCKdongle v18.8
UPDATTING CARD APPLET
TYPE: JCOP10V231
Init update, do not disconect card untill update finished.
Updating Serial: 104000xxx
Conecting to server please wait
Update counter exceded, only 2 updates in 48 hours is allowed.
Try after 48 hours.

Hi recently i purchased to Fastsunlocking 1 year of suporrt for my nck but when i try to update my card in main module i gor this error. I already let pass 48 hours to retry the activation but same issue, or the software shows that i need to contact my reseller

Can you help me?

you need to wait 48 hours to reset your card in server after this try update it 1 time only if succeed then ok if not then contact me with this first log error to see problem. will close thread as you can contact me via pm later to not expose your card serial in public
