Just sugestion, phone can have hardware problem also.
If phone have hardware problem, this can't be solved by flashinmg firmware.
Also, hardware damaged phone can have connection problems.
If phone is hardware damaged or have connection problems, this is not exe bug.

Exe have reading timeout, yes, trying to get repply from phone.
If exe not get repply from phone, it exit with error.
This is normal, is not a bug.

In modern phones, flashing new firmware many time not help to clean locks.

This phone not allow reading from region 1

And not allow direct format.

This not meen as you writed, REDMI NOTE 4 not suported.
This meen your specific phone have some locks or some problems or some....
If you have experience with gsm phones and have phone in hands, you must find yourself.
Software is maked to do specific tasks, but you must find where is problem and take decision what to do.
On topic, try to use reset to factry default or clean emmc function.
Some phones usually come with prefiled userdata and can create problem on direct reset.

solved .

1. flashed with SP flasher only boot & system from CHINESE version

2. after phone alive, flashed complete chinese flash without CUSTOM

3. on MI site asked for bootloader unlock, after fiew days phone unlocked

4. flashed TWRP

5. thrue TWRP flashed GLOBAL version

DONE !

In this phone was not writed nothing by nckdongle, so phone must remain in exactly same state based on your posted logs.

And from what you posted after, phone become alive after writing boot.img and system.
Is super, you maked your phone alive but at least try to post real story about phone, what you posted is totally nosence.

And btw, selecting safe flash and unckecking all other partitions was posible to do same with android mtk.
If you decided to use sp flash tool was your decision here.
