already said, install on clean windows and see, make sure no usb sniffers or debuggers installed on it and should be ok, make sure drivers installed and configured properly.

The alcatel easy flasher 1.05 could read correct codes , but the calc haven't TNHU1 provider :)

Still have server mistakes ? I' tried card update and doro calc (don't have phone,just tried the server communication) and the response is "Card not registered on server" . The support site works well.

contact me on sonork, all servers are ok but you must use lastest version, all previous will not work.

I'm using the latest version (4.8) but I don't have sonork account - i think you must to know my card serial - if this is the problem.
