very strange, seems something to do with your pc. as for us not even 1 customer had same issue and we tested on many pcs here and with all our supporters all working fine.

anyway we will keep checking for this issue if we get on one of our pcs, so we can trace issue, but with issue being on one of our computers it is highly impossible to know what s wrong.

not in next version maybe in future, when? no idea , this is complete different cpu, and it s an Android OS, v2.2, CPU 600 MHz processor.

when we start working on such models we ll know more and wil give more info

just tried a orange rio x991 ,but when i press calculate it says

application started in demo mode
please update card counter

dongle started fine with dongle in(not demo mode)

if i press update it asks to restart ,so i do.but then still does the same process above ,ive tried a different usb slot ,same thing .used it on a alcatel vm202 a few ours ago,no problem .is it just a problem with this one phone.....

Try check please if your antivirus not make problem, and if you use win7 or
vista for some operation in exe need admin rights.
So , right click and open in admin mode.

Will corect this anyway in next update, exe will try start in admin mode and will warn if can't do this.

Simple not understand why microsoft stop XP support and make this so called operation sistems
