I have 2 Alcatel OT918.
Provider TWHU1 calc not supported.

I use MTK tool:

Please insert USB cable now...

All done.

I install all alcatel driver from support area.

no you did not read carefully what it say

and there is a BIG Button says HELP did you read this?

if you did you will know you need CDC drivers and they are in your installation folder of Android MTK Tool

The driver is intalled, but this PC (win7 64bit ) always error.

In another PC (Win XP) working fine.

Hi, i can't seem to update my NCK Dongle at all its been on version 8.8 and the update button has never highkighted to update. Please advise on what i can do

sure it will never update until you download and use version 9.4, we always say use latest version.
