This cpu was added some years ago.
But phone not have only cpu inside, it have many other things including firmware.
Even if cpu is supported, phone can be unsupported and need to add separate.

Yes, indeed samsung maked a bug phone
Samsung simlock differ from generic simlock and this exe is not designed for this.
You can make full backup for safety and after make reset efs.
This must reset simlock to "unlocked" state.
