If phone remain in meta mode, try to read info again, it must use opened com port and after close it.
Small sugetion, if you have problem, try to post exe logs.
Is very hard to guess where exactly is your problem without any log.

I´m having problems with my nck dongle. The Main module, MTK, Spreadtrum, qualcomm, Samsung and Blackberry are working fine. But Nokia and HTC keep asking for security card and Nokia doesn´t even open at all. I wanted to post images but this board has too many limitations. I searched the board for this problem and I didn´t find anything that could help me. Please help. Thank you!

Huawei Y550-L01 Full flash back up could not be done and security back up as well,but it succeeded with other tool where full flash backup and security back up done successfully.
I used Nck Qualcomm 0.11

You must select com port manually if exe not detect it auto.

nck team , my activation expired 1 month prior the actual date of activation expiry.
as i bought nck dongle 28.4.2017 and expiration date was 28.4.2018 but module showed
expiry 28.3.2017. please solve my problem if you can.
