This is user side error, can't be solved online.
If your card is under waranty, you must contact your reseller.
This usually happen if you keep your dongle pluged on usb untill you update other boxes.
In this case card become permanently blocked and can't be updated.

Thank you, but not connected outher dongle. Smart card not new. Solution?

So, can I never upgrade my card? And I lost 1 year support cost? Is there any other solution?

You must contact reseller and get moneys back.
Resellers usually know aboiut this problem, and need first make update for old card and after make activation.

the old modules like mtk generic do not work in my nck dongle, but the new ones do, I have another dongle and in that all the modules work well...

what is the problems?

After updating it was successful but BlackBerry module still asking for activation

You must download installers only from support.
Most posible you downloaded wrong or outdated installer.
