Hi NCK DONGLE PRO, I have a problem with my dongle when ever I open up umt installers it tells me my expire time is over but when I open up nck installers it's working properly. My expire date is upto next year but am suprise UMT wants me to pay activation. Can I get assistance on my problem

Mrs.NCK team, I am writing to extend my complaint about the update of the spreadtrum 1.0 module, understanding that the updates are to improve as well as the NCK, I can not understand why the SPD 1.0 module does not accept .bin files, to make the restore Nvram. just look for the .tar files, not allowing restoration. This small inconvenience caused me damage in a mobile set, which I tried to unlock, which had already been released in another establishment and did not perform the respective nvram backup, after finding the nvram file in .bin format I tried to restore it in these mobiles and I could not do it, I was throwing an error that said: "wrong response", until someone told me to try the old module of NCK spd 0.5 and it was how I could get out of the problem, I am a proud user of NCK pro, however I hope you can assess my constructive criticism and take this into account for the next update of the SPD module, since this small detail must be improved. Because I think the updates are really to IMPROVE.

When you select nvram file, you can select tar or bin file in file type.
And use latest module, what is 1.1

Hi, orbita dear team nck.. Your team has not released any more updates, is it dying? Other cashier service teams update and have modules that are practically dead of how old t hey are. I want to know if nck team will have the confidence to continue updating since it is worth paying the annuity if there are no updates at least I have the pro and with umt half help since I've always considered that nck team is one of the best, but the lack of interest is noticeable and more when you have to use equipment that daily you have to resort to other boxes or remote services since the tool with its modules is not efficient with current android only old devices of android 7 or 6 below.

Can you give example of not supporting phones?
Excepting oppo and xaiomi, this devices posible will not be supported.

He talk about unsupported firmware version for unlock.

ok, i now have then selector to change to dongle based for nck huawei flasher 117, but program crashes after trying to connect, i have windows 7 ultimate.
