when i try connect to my nck dongle error

- Unlock procedure started, waiting for phone.
Device connected to usb
- LOADING BOOT, RELEASE TEST POINT
- PORT ERROR

check on the back sticker what it say 12w14 or 12w30 , or 11w30 etc..
