where is samsung software in support? and why nck acess not work, i only can download with old instalation , going to in settings and suport.

You need to flush the DNS on Windows system.

Click on Start button and then click on Run. Type Cmd into the Run box, and hit Enter. A command prompt DOS window will open. Type ipconfig /flushdns and then press Enter to purge the DNS resolver cache.
