Security Card not found ;( [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

Hello. Have do not use my gpg nck dongle for a while. Now when I would to start they told me that security card not found. Is this driver problems? Which drivers need to use for the gpg nck dongle? On the dongle ist the red and green led on. Please help me. I use windows 7 32 bit

On Windows 7 there shall not be any issue of driver as it automatically installs needed driver.

You can check here for drivers, try to install.

Also post screenshot of device manager's Smart Card Readers branch so we can see and suggest you any possible remedy.

On the device manager are 3 readers:
ricoh (the one from the laptop)
Usb token holder
and
Usb token device
