Sim network subset unlock pin Help for SPD VDF200

Please help me,
I unlocked this phone vodafone 200 spd 7731 but Now it ask me to put Sim subset network unlock Pin instead of Nomal Unlock pin, so i need to know what is Sim network Subset unlock Pin and how can i solve it, I have phone in hand Nw. Please help me if any one knows how to solve.

VDF200 have calculator in main exe.
try to use unlock code calculator and see if phone accept this code.

I Tried many times And its says Wrong Code.
