Smart Card driver - Issues (Answered) - GSM-Forum

So I got my NCK Dongle yesterday and I'm having some issues. I downloaded and installed the NCK Drivers and Smart Card drives. However when I plug in the dongle it still fails at installing the driver for device "smart card".

I have fully update and I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. Fresh install.

When installing the linked file (in the getting started thread) for the "Driver_setup_english.exe" but it installs and exits with a pop-up from windows asking if it installed properly or to install with recommended settings.

I have done both to no avail. I have also tried getting default drivers for the smart card and still no luck. I had to reinstall windows as well since the installer failed to uninstall the drivers every time.

So...

I am sitting here with the first driver installed (The card reader driver - SC3310 drivers) but with the other smart card drivers failing to install.

Is there another download I can try?

your dongle should work fine now regardless to smart card driver, if still problem uninstall both holder drives from device manager and press search for drivers.

then test dongle again should be ok with latest version 5.8

This may help - Try looking at this - tihis is the Driver my NCK dongle uses (without it, it gives the same error as yours) - I also run Win7 64bit

Drivers Informer: JCOP10V231 overview

It is used by another of my unlock tools - but works with NCK (you may have to install the software to install driver as I can not find it to download by itself
