drivers installed , tried all the ways to unlock but phone not detected .....can anyone provide me the full procedure....i am using nck dongle and micro usb cable...thanks in advance

Hi errorcode999.
For boot this phone in usb mode , phone need to be off.

In help explained how to do.

When exe ask keep this key and insert usb cable.
Must detect new mtk comport.
If you have troubles with usb mode, use rj45 cable.

Just try only with phone this.
1.Power off phone(reinsert battery to be sure), press and keep key, insert usb cable.
2.In device manager check if detected new port.

If yes then repeat same procedure in exe.
If not detected, see why(drivers, incorect connection mode, cable issue e.t.c.)

Problem Solved

Thanks for the help , it was the driver issue , i did not realize it....phone detected in seconds after installing the usb driver...thanks again

one more question , i need to reset it but it is asking for code...i tried all combinations

all of them are unsuccessful , any idea how to do the hard reset or how to get the code ??

Make reset usercode.
This must reset all usercodes to default values.

Phone ask password on start or ask when you try to reset?

How to complete reset phone with this exe.

1.Make auto fat format(press format button).
2.Make restore imei and unlock if will need again.

Or, start filemanager, dump from d:\NVRAM\NVD_DATA

file what have name MP45_XXX zip it , and atash here link, will give you default code.

In some phones default code can differ from standart.
