Tecno la7 flashing error, please how to solve this! - GSM-Forum

I wanted to change the imei of this Tecno LA7 and be having NVRAM error so some people advice me to download stock firmware and use on it which I downloaded but there is no scatter file on the stock firmware folder that I downloaded, so I copied the scatter file from the folder of the file of the phone that I read with cm2 and paste of the folder of the downloaded file and flash with it and the phone stopped and whenever I want to flash the phone is giving this error below, please how will I solve this error using NCK?

Reinsert phone battery.

So you read it with other product and want to write it with nck and want help from nck , better ask them for support not us, also better you get original scatter from some servers that sells original firmware.
