Downloading OK Rebooting phone, this can take few second................................Reconnecting to phone.. Connection OK. Reading Phone Info.. Error Reading!! |

| 1. Make sure it is in real fast boot mode. 2. Re connect phone in fast boot mode before you press unlock. 3. Make sure correct drivers installed. 4. Make sure usb cable connected direct to usb port and not to hub 5. Change user  BR |

| Your phone in not is fast boot mode 100% screen shot has nothing to do with this and will not show anything if you can t understand this you will never unlock a phone. |
