Unable to use Read Info - searching doesn't find the phone

Selected connection metod: META Mode
Exe version: NCKDongle AndroidMTK 2.5.6.7
Selected model: Ascend Y360-U23
Scanning for presents meta ports...
Meta ports not detected, starting brom stage.
Curent Platform: MT6582
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...

Driver not installed correctly..

Thank you for the reply, I will start there... is there one in particular?
I installed Android_CDC_Driver but i guess that was not the missing driver.

pluG device and look at device manaGer , see device wit exclamation mark,riGht click--update driver software--browse for driver--manual--let me pick--have disk-next--now you select suitable driver .ini in vcom driver pack

Thanks i tried a few more drivers and stumbled on hisuite_4.0.4.204

Installed and working

Selected connection metod: META Mode
Exe version: NCKDongle AndroidMTK 2.5.6.7
Selected model: Ascend G520
Action: Unlock

Curent Platform: MT6589
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...

If drivers missing, please install CDC drivers.
This can take up to 5 min on slow phones.
If take too long, check device manager for drivers.
