hi i have problem when i do update card he says
Sending request in server
Invalid return code(01)
please help

have tried to download the support zip file but every i try to execute it its writing this program has been cracked or it contains virus but it is from nck dongle sight please help how to go about it becoz have tried on both windows 7 and xp
