You can start with giving some info about phone for example.

Some hints.
1.Try zte generic calculator, chose any model from list.
2.If phone is mtk chipset you can conect phone to flashtool and read info.
For read info you can chose any model from list.
Some zte phones store code inverted...if code what you read not accepted try...
read as zte n281 or similar.

3....depend if 1 and 2 fail.
Try first 2 actions and lets see.

Firstly, I already did and it does not matter but the fact that it says that this model is supported and the list is not present

I'am not see read info by nckdongle flashtool.
Thanks for logs by volcano and sigma, but here is nckdongle support forum.
Not volcano and not sigma.

This phone use mt6252, read info must be supported and backup calibration and extract code manualy from backup, or unlock backup and write back in phone must be supported also.
