PS. phone can also be seen by one touch upgrade as ot-708 but it just says “actual version of your phone is the latest” but phone is dead, no power on

yes, if it's dead "software" you can try to flash.

Software version not matter.
No matter also language pack inside.
Must be same model only.

I'am not tested but you can try to flash ot708 firmware, to see.
If hardware is same must work, if not, simple flash Vodafone 541 firmware.

ot708 will be better , in support exist firmware without personalization, but not say if will work or not.
but for sure not damage phone.

After flash will stiuck on logo and need make Auto format flash.
If in support not exist firmware say me what language need and i'am will upload.

Also phone need be flashed with alcatel easy flasher and with com port not usb.

After usb will be dead phone, phone need start in (secure bootloader mode) for flash finalization.

I have tried to connect this phone using alcatel easy flasher with rj45 cable (octopus AT106, this is the only mini rj45 cable I have) via setool3, z3x and octo box all say

DA version: 3.1052.00.52
card detected:0000008xx
Com port opened...
Press power on

when I press the power button on phone nothing happens?
the only way I can connect to this phone is via usb in boot mode (vol-[down] button)

this phone came to me dead I managed to read full flash once, this file is labelled MAUI.08A.W08.40.SP1.V32_full_0x00000000_0x02000000 .bin,
i have this file on my pc size = 32,786 KB / 32.0MB

if there is no fix for this phone would it be of any use to the team for testing if so pm me where to send it.

1 .make cable.

Have here one ot708 phone for test, and flashed this phone more 20 times, think.
Try solve conection, here is your problem.
