Vodafone 555 Blue flashing error [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

I got the phone dead, error appears while trying to flash, read flash working.

Here is log:

DA version: 5.1224.04.89
Com port ok : COM5
Press and keep power on ...
Com port opened...Press power on
Download DA now...You can release power on
DA download finished...Getting phone info
BaseBand CPU:MT6235B_S01
BaseBand CPU Secure Version : 2 (Secure baseband)
INT RAM: 512Kb
EXT RAM: 1024Mb DRAM
FLASH TYPE : NAND
ID: NAND

Error : S_DA_NFB_BOOTLOADER_NOT_EXIST(3054)
ALL DONE.

Any suggestions ?

Click on firmware setting and see if all files loaded corectly.
You must use firmware from support.
For advansed debug info, enable debug log and see debug log.

Of course I used FW from support, I enabled debug logs, here is attachment.

Download please from support vf555_vdro1.zip and try again.

I used that file. Now it doesn't matter, client took the phone.

This file was uploaded after your post, so ...is little imposible to download file before.

Anyway, next time you can try.

From the beginning I used that flash file from support, it was there already. What file did you think I used ? Anyway on support, now, is the same file I downloaded a week ago.

Not know exactly what to say here.
I'am thinked you old in GSM repair, sorry maybe i'am think about other person here.

Let's explain then.
In your firmware directory missing NFB BOOTLOADER, meen this :
JRD35_09B_BOOTLOADER_V005_MT6235B_MAUI_09B_W09_52_ SP1_V12_F14.bin
This was error in exe, and you can see this from log.

Code:

ERROR: DA_cmd::CMD_NAND_WriteImage(): "S_DA_NFB_BOOTLOADER_NOT_EXIST"(3054). (da_cmd.cpp:4518)
ERROR: SV3_FlashTool_Download_Internal(): da_cmd.CMD_NAND_WriteImage(): fail! ret(3054).  (flashtool_api_internal.cpp:1621)

After your post i'am double checked this arhive, this is why sayed to use this firmware, because....you can see itself, this file exist here.

I have vf555_vdro1.zip downloaded by me 10days ago and then redownloaded as you said, same file. My zip also contains JRD35_09B_BOOTLOADER_V005_MT6235B_MAUI_09B_W09_52_ SP1_V12_F14.bin .

BTW, putem vorbi si in romaneste

Desigur putem, doar ca nu inteleg despre ce sa vorbim

Exe spune clar ca lipseste un fisier, tu spui ca este.

Exact ca in relatia depanator<>client.

Domnule... Acest aparat pare sa fie calcat cu ...tirul (posibil si alte variante)

Clientul.. Nu are cum , il tineam pe perna de puf in seif blindat.
