I want to format this phone but the exe is asking for the boot mode. How can i put this phone to boot mode. Nck team and others please help urgently. I will also need the firmware may for flashing.

You must use RJ45 cable and com port for flash and format.

Orbita, I have the dongle which box can i use for com port. Please i will need the firmware file for flashing upload one if you have. thanks for the response.

you need to use any ftdi box like setool or z3x box as comport and rj45 cable related, as for firmwares they are in support area, which u access from nckdongle.exe , settings tab.
