Start unlock phone.

Select zte 768 and try to unlock using this model.

but there is some new problem now.
i have done that befor read code with ZTE model
phone dont ask simlock code and dont find network now

solved problem
have done wipe and found working sim now its work
so i do no is it unlocked by firmware updates or this ZTE
but it work now

This metod (wipe/format) must be first try, instead of flashing any in phone.
In nckdongle you have all what need to solve this problem.
But you posted more fast, as me.

By flashing you can't unlock this phone, but can damage easy.
You was lucky here.

Anyway, you solved, customer happy and all ok.

after this have not entered any code
putted in sim but no network and no message about simlock
make wipe and phone is working
have no ideas when it is unlocked

this zte read just code or make real unlock to ?

You maked too long story
zte 768 and vodafone smart 2 unlock is same, different ways to enter code.

I'am sugested you to use zte 768 because it not read info.
Your alcatel have damaged pro_info partition.
This partition is used only for updater to get info about phone, not have other usage.

Unlock was done after you executed unlock.
After wipe you maked rebuild efs partition what posibe was damaged also.

Short way was:

1.Unlock as zte 768(in this way not read proinfo and not give error on info).
2.Eventually wipe.
