Let's ignore incorrect model selection, just want to ask.
What you want to do with readed firmware from signed phone?
Is not posible to flash this firmware.

I have a vfd 610 (vodafone n8) and tried to root, and i found a sulition, but i need the original boot file to make it. So i want to dump the firmware.

I'am uploaded specially for you screenshot.
Posible you not checked carefully

About cpu, need to explain many things, but simple explanation will be like this.
Phone have usually inside many components, not only cpu.
And firmware is also important.
Motorola and Alcatel with same cpu, for example will be totally different phones.
Blackberry and Samsung will be another good example and so on.
This is why we maked for our users model selection in case of secured phones.
This phones you can't service as generic phones.

This is not related to your phone, but how you selected mt6737 cpu from list if it's not in the list?

Yes the cpu is not in the list but i tried with 6737m and 6737T, sometimes it's works but not now.
So i tried with alcatel vfd 610 and got this

Go to support and download from "Alcatel Preloader" directory arhive called vfd610_preloader.rar
Extract somewhere on your hdd, and load scatter from arhive.

I tried from fastboot with fastboot oem unlock-go and fastboot oem unlock commands but phone said unlock failed.

Honestly, i'am not checked for this model.
But you can check uboot(lk), here usually is routines for lock/relock bootloader.
