Cant use Android MTK tool....AndroidMTK.exe-Application Error......The application failed to initialize properly(0x0150002).click on ok to terminate the application

Install please net framework.
This exe use net framewrok libraries.

i tested on windows xp , windows 7 and windows 8 , and working fine here, please check your operating system.
