use nck spreadtrum latest update( 0.7)
Diag mode utils
enter diag mode first and then use Remove simlock

My problem was Version module 0.5

After update to 0.8 unlock done.

Click enter diag mode and wait untill 20 sec, com port should disapair and after show again.
I'am also faced this issue on some phone.
Need to connect phone without pressing any key on phone.
