NCK samsung wont detect port to continue. any idea? i am using windows 7 in 64bit

First see if exe is opened in admin mode.
Next see if some kind of antivirus or firewall not block exe.

opend in admin and disabled antivirus and firewall and still no port. My PC recognizes phone its weird

this means drivers issue and setting in phone not set correctly.

ok use UART cable with any ftdi box and try again pls not with usb
