In exe exist button called reset phone.
Performing this, will reset counters in 5020, 4030, 6030 e.t.c. e.t.c. phones.
Work on all excepting old nand phones.

Phone must be off with battery inside.

Hi bilaal attique

Most posible you have next posible errors:

1.Phone not connected to usb cable when exe ask.
2.Usb drivers missing or not installed corectly.
3.Phone have discharged battery or bad connector, cable e.t.c.

ive gone through all them steps and correctly so, yet still it gives me the same error

is there a way this model can be unlocked(get code) just through imei ?

This phone exist in calculator, you can calculate code.
But, for sure you have some wrong with drivers, exe even not see phone.
Please be sure you use latest AndroidMTK version for this phone.

CONNECT PHONE with usb cable while holding vol- .. if phone will not connect then open device manager and check your phone drivers.
