Please help me wher i am wrong?

Connection to the testpoint is required during the unlock process, so you do it?

When i conect test points (short 2 points) this error shows
Error com port

TP phones not all phones supported it depend on phone date
Make read info please and post here.

man what do it say on the back sticker? 12w30? or 12w12 , 12w14?

Check and let me know , if still don t know take a photo and send of back sticker under battery and send me.

then i must be supported flash your phone with other rom make sure it is same version of your current phone version and make sure it is original rom not custom rom and make sure phone is not rooted.

read help for tp unlock also
