Unlock procedure started, waiting for phone.
Attach Testpoint and connect phone with Micro USB cable.
Connecting to boot.
Port : ZEUS Flash Device
Error open port!!

Error connect device!!!!
Drivers is corectly installed?
Unsupported CPU(fixed Security)?
Read help page about how to connect device.

Zeus flash device driver need change to HS-USB QDloader driver. Download driver (nck support page) and install.

I uninstall previous drivers and install new drivers(from support site). but problem is still.
any one test its model unlock before? please tell me

Manufacture date on the sticker ?
Use latest (v11) NCK Dongle exe, try again and post screenshot unlock procedure.

Install corect drivers and try, if not supported will fail unlock(not damage phone).

But think can be unlocked without problems this phone.

This phone can be unlocked without problems.
You will need test point.

My procedure is
insert usb cable without battery and connect test point.

then a remove test point and
error show that was i mention before

What error show exactly?
Do this please.

Close nckdongle, open device manager.
Make TP, insert usb cable, release TP and post here screenshot with comports from device manager.

i also faced same problem when it installed drivers as ZEUS FLASH DEVICE
go to device manager..........universal serial bus controllers.........zeus flash device
right click......select update drivers.......install drivers from nck folder.(C:\NCK Dongle\NCK Dongle\test point drivers)

when u got port description as above instead of zeaus flash device, then it will be unlocked.

Phone unlocked with other Tool so simply.
I changed drivered and also chage pc but not done by NCK.
Anyway Thanks for help
