y330-01 after direct unlock IMEI lost [ANSWERED]

Hi support,


I unlocked y300-01 using direct unlock method but after unlock phone lost IMEI number

I tried to repair it in service tab but no success

How to solve this issue..Phone is brand new

Why you not used normal metod for unlock?
Normal not need to root phone.
Hope you not maked another things with phone, if not, contact me and we will solve.
