I download flash files package from spport but don,t know how to flash, please guide me where to load file?

This phone you can flash by usb also.
Boot enter procedure is same like for unlock.
You must select scatter file when flashing this phone.

i cant find scatter file in firmare which was i download from support

I Got One R3100 today ... There is a Scatter File is Firmware package But Can,t Select it Because of It,s Extension.. Did anyone Solve this issue?

In firmware exist file scatter.sca, this file need to select.

Yes this file exist But Nckdongle is asking for another Extension config file*.cfg ...

If you click on Files of type dropdown, you can see there Generic Scat File (*.sca) listed.

Select that file type and you will be able to see scatter file.

Thxx After Using new Version i had flashed phone.. But forgot to take nv backup .. Now Phone Stuck at Screen Calibration, Can you guys plz Give me NV backup or guide me how to Repair that..

Make auto fat format, this must solve problem.
And sometimes in mtk phones need to perform calibration steps more times untill succefull.

I think Touch Pad is Damage, Anyway to Bypass it.. It,s pretty rare phone now very hard to find New one..

I'am not have backup, posible some will upload it.
But most posible, this will not solve problem.
From my experience, touch must work after flashing with factory firmware and formating fat area.

my problem was same, after format touch not working, customer said it was working before format.
but i am not sure because i got phone with hang on start-up problem.
