ZTE S518 Unlock Problem [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

SELECTED : ZTE S518
Start Detect phone.
Remove the battery and connect handset to PC via USB cable.
After long press "0" key while inserting the battery.
Detected: SPRD U2S Diag (COM20)
Download mode ok.
BOOT: SPRD3
Sending loader, wait.
BOOT OK: Spreadtrum Boot Block version 1.2
CPU: 6530
Changing Baud.
Start UNLOCK, wait.
Reading NV.
Error while checking NV(corupted data), exit.

What's the reason for this? And please provide solution. The phone is just normal. All of these models from Zamtel Zambia giving same error

use dump firmware button and upload firmware for us to check it.
