i cannt find this model on code calculater/zte android option please sir help me

hi i am trying to use nck box to unlock zte t12. when i connect usb after software says nothing happens. I want to unlock the phone and use the box for it.

You need to connect powered off phone.

Check if drivers are installed.

Drivers are available on zupport.

1.Power phone with unacepted simcard.
2.Type code code when phone ask about.
3.For advansed info power phone with original card.
4.Type *#*#3646633#*#* and from engeneering menu select SIMMELOCK
