t-mobile unlock


Ok, this is the problem of AUNLOCK, they never reply your message and is impossible to contact them.

I submited a t-mobile unlock service that should be ready in 5-15 days, and I told to my customer that time. After a lot of emails I sent to the support, they NEVER EVER!!!!! reply me, I told them that I want to CANCEL THE ORDER and they just ignore me. After 1 month of waiting I receive a automated email that the unlock code was successfull and took me all the credits of the site and loss the money and the customer ran away 15 days ago. SO PLEASE AUNLOCK reply my message and give me the credits back.

i am sorry about that but everybody know once imei in process most of time there is no way to cancel

in some cases delay is possible in all online unlock services, but before return phone to the customer you should wanna make sure your imei has been cancel and your credits back in your account,

if imei in process and you have return phone to the customer in this case we are unable to help you,

If you reply me on the e-mail I can talk to customer, why you never reply message? Do you know how many times I wrote to your e-mail before and I NEVER receive an answer? Is your bad that the site says 5-15 days and the took 30 days to unlock the phone, that is not my problem.

If is possible lock the cellphone again, I want my credits back, this is unfair.
