Hi,

I received an e-mail from you about order 3C7313.
I asked to my *******r bring the phone to unlock by itunes, but I have received the message that the sim operator is wrong, so the unlock is failed.

Can you help me?

I just check deeply and found that you have use World Wide Unlock Service for that as we have mention clearly there is no any guarantee of Relock,

I agree with you and I know that it can relock. But I never unlocked it!
I received the email telling about the unlock was ok, and I asked to my client bring the phone.
When it arrived I tryied and it only show SIM problem in activation.
