delphi is programming language,
the source given was written in delphi,

now you can study the HWK KZF by looking on the source code he gave...

delphi is a similar to visual bisic from microsoft is also pascal programming language ..it includes visual programming tools and generates executable programs (.EXE files). Delphi supports all the major databases including Oracle, Sybase and INFORMIX

HWK is a gadget tool. you can study to learn giving delphi source code by him ..
