Autodial feature - GSM-Forum

Attention Programmers!!

Looking to hire someone that can programm a GSM phone to always autodial a specific number before any number gets dialed from the phone by the customer. This number that would be programmed into the phone would not be known to the user and would not make any sound when dialing before the number that the user dials.

So smply put - this number always gets dialed out automatically prior to the number that the user enters.

Can anyone give advice on this??
Is this a question of programmig via specific software or lanugages? Or this is somethin that needs to be done on the hardware of the phone itself??

you want the phone to call out just before the owner of the phone calls out?

but the first call must be very short (maybe one second, including dial out and connect time).. or the owner will notice his phone is already in call!

YEs that is what we want, a fast silent autodial that always goes out prior to the end user's number going out.

Does anyone have any real suggestions??

it cannot work man.

the time taken to call out and connect is longer than the time taken to input a phone number and press call..

the calls will over lap no matter what..

your best solution would be to make the call after the original call is made. or more simpler, a text is sent containing number and call duration plus anything else you wish...

still this is so unstable. what if the person whish to make a second call? what if an incoming call is trying to come through...

It could be done, but, there are some questions to answer before: what kind of devices are gonna use that? what kind of services? etc etc
