If you use any sniffer over any mep reader you will have what you need, waht you need to read is:
blackberry connection
and
Blackberry MEP + IMEI reader
and
Useful BB USB Commands
plus you need to sniff any mep reader to get final idea.
Any doubt you can tell me over here so i can help you further if you need it.
Luck

my PBM was here :

in c# add "\\MAIN" as simple string to device path don't work because the real path of handled device is like this :
\\\\?\\usb#vid_0fca&pid_8004&mi_00#6&208ab18b&0&00 00#{80375827-83b8-4a51-b39b-905fedd4f118}\018}\0

so to get it working w must add "\\MAIN" in the correct place, i solved it by adding this line after handle device:
Code:
 string devpath = GetDeviceHandle(0);
           devpath= devpath.Substring(0,(devpath.Length-5)) + "\\MAIN";
now read/write work fine

thanks to, fr3nsis, y3kt and victor
