@celluniversal You can fix Your phones using UFS and griffin team server. Just check "GTI ASK/RPL Format" in DCTx software.

Why to use ufs with griffin server? Because it works, you dumb ***. This guy already have UFS and JACF. So, he can use UFS with gt server. I wonder why this is not possible with JACF ? You claim is possible to rebuild IMEI with JACF ? BUt HOW ? Why you cheat your customers, you CHEATER ?

Member: | You're lost in space raskula . . . This topic isnt about you, if you didnt noticed it. In this topic, member of this forum asked how he can rebuild flash imei. He has UFS3 and JACF. Someone told him he needs a griffin box to rebuild imei, but seems he is not ready to buy it. I just told him he can use GT server with UFS. (which is not case with JACF). So, point is, You advertise IMEI rebuild with JAF, so, explain this to Your customer, why he has to buy MT-Box to rebuild imei ? |

The 1100 and compatible don't have back up of the flash imei in pm, so it is very easy to get imei ???..... while flashing. So far there is no free solution to back up the phone to make sure you can restore it. I bet that 99.99 % of all .ask files send to GT server for 1100 are for phones that lost imei exactly like this. Well maybe i am wrong, but i havent heard of anyone loosing his imei while talking or playing with the torch light. So for this particular problem the customer have to buy a log from your friends, but that will be probably the last 1100 log send to that server. In few days we will release solution to back up those phones. Regards

In most dct4(wd2, tiku) phones there are two areas with flash imei - the permanent flash area ( flash imei, faid, working parmeters, etc) - the top of the flash and backup of the flash imei in PM area - the bottom of the nor flash usually. In normal phone when the algorithm is loaded, it first backup the permanent area to ram, then you can erase it while flashing, at the end of flashing you send permanent data restore comand to restore the ram backup to flash. If something bad happend - example you disconnect the phone while erasing the second area, the values will be gone from RAM also the permanent area will be 0xFF. But your phone will have good imei after second flash, because on first bootup in normal mode, the phone will get the backup from pm and write it to the permanent flash area. This is not the case in 1100, because there is no pm backup, so flashing in many cases can kill the phone flash imei. Regards
