Question Cell phone- PC Gateway

Hi
Sorry if it's a wrong section, but I could not find more suited.

I was wondering if somebody tried to make a PC - to cell phone gateway,
like FXO port.
Some cellular providers allow unlimited calls within their network, and
it makes sense to connect one of the phones to PC with Asterisk, or
some kind of converter to analog POTS audio and use as FXO port with SPA3102, for example.
One option is to use Bluetooth and PC serves as a headset but it would deteriorate audio quality and DTMF codes might not pass through.
Ideally it would be great to extract digital audio directly or use some sort of 3G usb audio modem.

Any ideas?

Thank you very much Erdman
I've been looking looking time for such a solution.
Did you manage to make it work yourself?
Is E169/Elastix the only combination that works?

I was wondering maybe there are some secret AT commands that allow regular phone to work as a voice modem?
