I wanted to learn Delphi , so download Delphi eBook . But i couldn't find Free Delphi IDE.

Can someone please share Delphi IDE link ?

My Programming : I don't have more knowledge in Memory Allocation, object oriented, Data Structutes.

Is this book is good to start with Delphi?

Should i need to learn Pascal in prior starting this?

Please advise me.

I saw it. Its very big.

Since i'm a beginner i thought of having something small like Turbo Delphi or Borland Delphi. But i couldn't find it in the internet.

Of course it's a torrent, but Borland released Delphi 7 personal for free, so it's completely legal.

Also, I'm surprised noone mentioned Kylix.
