Help on stk commands - GSM-Forum

Dear friends,
Currently I'm facing a problem related to 3G Modem STK access. I'm stacked with this situation from last 1 months, searched whole internet, but found no solution. I think, someone from here can help me.

Let me explain my situation, My modem info is below:
Manufacturer: ZTE CORPORATION
Model: MF193E
Revision: BD_MF193ETLF3V1.0.0B01
+GCAP: +CGSM,+FCLASS,+DS

I'm issuing these commands:
1) AT+ZSTM // Access STK Main Menu (Tele RECharge)
2) AT+ZSELM=128 // Tele RECharge menu access
3) AT+ZSELI=1 // Recharge sub menu access
4) AT+ZINPR=2,01111323200 // Please Enter Mobile No. (11 digit)
5) AT+ZINPR=2,01111323200 // Confirm Mobile No. (11 digit
6) AT+ZINPR=2,10 // Please Enter Amount ($10)
7) AT+ZINPR=2,10 // Confirm Amount ($10)
8) AT+ZINPR=2,2255 // Please Enter PIN (4 digit)

I get no error on from step 1 to step 7, but when I issue AT+ZINPR=2,2255 (PIN Number of the recharge SIM) I get this error: Error46 12 30

I can not use this recharge SIM to send balance to other mobile using modem. But using mobile phone, I can easily use my recharge SIM.

Please help.
